Christmas return policy

  • We have extended our return times during the Christmas period. Any items purchased from the 25th November as Xmas presents can be returned after Christmas for an exchange if they are not suitable.
  • A request to exchange via email must be done by the 31st December 2020.
  • You have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order will not be available for an exchange
  • Returned items must be unworn, unmarked, in original condition with no washing detergent odour/perfume and with original tags attached.

What is your return policy?

  • You have 7 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once you have requested a return/exchange, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order will not be available for a refund or exchange
  • Returned items must be unworn, unmarked, in original condition with no washing detergent odour/perfume and with original tags attached.
  • Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund within the 7 day period
  • Items purchased using a discount code are available for an exchange within 7 days of delivered items
  • We offer an exchange only on sale items within the 7 day period.
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How do I return an item?

  •  Contact us at hello@zozii.com.au with the item you would like to return and a copy of your receipt
  • We will email you back as quickly as possible with a return authorisation number.
  • Send the item/s back to us via your local postal services. We recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for any lost items.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to refund for any postal expenses for returns
  • We will email you as soon as your return has been received to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?

  • We check every single item at Zozii for quality and imperfections to make sure you are receiving your items in perfect condition!
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please follow the return policy at the top of the page but also include a photo of the fault with the item.
  • After we have inspected your returned items and deemed them faulty or damaged, you will be refunded the full purchase price and the cost of postage
  • Please note, if the items returned are not deemed faulty, the same policy applies as a normal return

How long does it take to process a return?

  • Once we have received the returned item/s and confirmed that they meet our return policy, you can expect a refund/exchange within three business days.
